First printing. Hardcover. A collection of macabre stories, many having originally appeared in the classic pulp magazine Weird Tales from the late 1920's on. Snow went on to write several of the Official Oz books, and his morbid sensibilities are even evident in those children's tales. A Very Good or better copy in Very Good dust jacket with some edgewear and chipping. (VG/VG).
